YOUNGSMART DEVELOPMENT INITIATIVE is a social enterprise, non-governmental, and a non-profit organization that aims at raising, inspiring and advocating for youth growth and development. Building patriotism, inclusiveness in governance, and selfless service in the youth for nation building and global transformation. This idea was founded and inadvertently registered as YOUTH CONNECT with Nigeria Corporate Affair Commission in 2015 before re-branding in 2019 to YOUNGSMART after wide consultations with our mentors to run as NGO since our passion is humanitarian focused.
We seek a world where all youths, especially the ones at the grassroots will develop through education and public enlightenment to contribute positively to effect change in their society. We made a promised to advocate on this cause until we breed a generation of young people that will bring about social economic change for Africa and global community at large.

To help youths discover the position the occupy in the heart of the nation, promote good governance and accountability, educate, inspire and raise a social network of young people, educate the youths on importance of self development, assist grass root youths who have learnt skills to acquire material with which to work.
